2010 what happened?
Oh Jeez!!
I always promise to write more and it never happens. So I'm not going to promise that anymore. I will only say that if I haven't been here, it's because my life has become a running gag without me even having time to record all the craziness. Since I've last been in the blog world many things have happened yet stayed the same. How is it that I've managed to live almost a full year and still find myself in the same situation as before? Another musing for another blog for sure but for now, let's do the check in:
Single? - Yes. I somehow went through 3 relationships this year, gotta change with the seasons I guess :-) Currently I'm at the start of "something". Not sure if this is going to become blogworthy or not, will keep you posted.
Employed? - Yes. In this economy, I managed to keep my job. There was no shortage of me eyeing the unemployment line given my non-profit status but I've managed to hang on and feel pretty good that I can continue to do so for the forseeable future :-)
Still in SF? - Yes. I've given up telling people that I'm moving. I've been here for 7 years now, I need to face facts. I live in SF and will for a very long time.
So what's new? - Lots of things actually. I've lost 20 pounds, I find myself shopping pretty regularly at Farmer's Markets, I just signed up for a half marathon(oh the hilarity), I've made some new awesome friends, I've done a little traveling and managed to get myself to Chicago for the first time in 6 years.
I'm sure that I will be back to share during the Holiday Season. I have many days off in a row and there is a family member getting married on New Years Day. If those two items don't produce a blog, I don't know what will.
